TEMPORARY Front Desk Receptionists needed for the summer. These are IN OFFICE role in Costa Mesa, Newport, and Irvine.
Seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our successful team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. These temp roles can be for 1-2 days or 1 week or more. It depends on our customers needs.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls, data entry,
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Must have experience working in Word, Outlook and Excel
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
These temp roles pay $24.00-$26.00 an hour
